Double wall boxes are made out of two facings, two corrugated mediums and an inner liner between the two mediums i.e. a total of five paper layers. The most common type is BC, which consist of one B-flute and C-flute.To obtain an even stronger box, seven layers of paper can be used where three layers are Flutes. Triple wall name according to the same system as double wall corrugated board.
